Remote Monitoring for Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED)

Remote home monitoring is the secure transmission of data from a CIED (a Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device).

This data is reviewed by our dedicated technician via the internet.

The use of this service allows for early detection of abnormal heart rhythms and continuous monitoring of your device’s function (e.g., battery, circuitry, and leads).

Monitoring & alert review - remote monitoring is not an emergency service

The device may transmit alerts 24/7, including after hours and on weekends.

Our dedicated technician will review the alerts only during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays and holiday periods).
