Dr Cameron Singleton is a graduate of the University of Adelaide. He trained at the University of Adelaide and St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. Dr Singleton has a Doctorate in Medicine at the University of New South Wales where he studied cardiac ion channels important in all cardiac arrhythmias. He has extensive experience in genetic arrhythmias including Brugada and Long QT syndrome. Dr Singleton completed a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology a the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney before returning to Adelaide in 2000. Dr Singleton is a Staff specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and has admitting rights to Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
Dr Singleton’s experience is in the full range of cardiac electrophysiology procedures including atrial fibrillation ablation, atrial flutter ablation, Supraventricular tachycardia ablation and ventricular tachycardia ablation. He has an interest in diagnostic electrophysiology studies, cardiac resynchonisation (BiV devices), implantable cardioverter defibrillators, pacemakers and implantable loop recorders. He provides a comprehensive pacemaker follow-up service for Nightingale Cardiology. Dr Singleton’s preferred hospital for Nightingale patient admissions is Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
